ATLASS

Terms of service

Last updated July 11, 2026 · Atlass is a product of 693 Labs

The service

Atlass is an agent-first platform that builds software with you using AI models, a cloud workspace, and project memory. It is currently in beta: things will occasionally break, and features will change.

Your work is yours

You own everything Atlass builds with you. The code, designs, and content in your projects are yours, exportable anytime as a download or a push to your own GitHub. We claim no rights over them beyond what is needed to operate the service (storing and processing them for you).

Credits and billing

Plans include a recurring allowance of Atlass credits. Different models and tasks use different amounts, and Atlass shows an estimate before a build begins. Pace limits can move Auto to an economical model during unusually heavy bursts; only an empty available allowance pauses new model work, and mid-build Atlass stops at a safe checkpoint. Pro and Max may carry unused subscription credits into the immediately following billing cycle, capped at one plan allowance; carried credits are used first and expire at the next renewal. Free credits do not accumulate. The product shows each balance and reset or expiry date. Credits are not cash, are not transferable, and do not represent a direct pass-through of any provider’s API price. See How usage works.

Fair use

Do not use Atlass to build anything illegal or harmful, to attack systems you do not own, or to resell raw model access. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or its providers.

The honest disclaimer

AI-built software should be reviewed before you rely on it in production. Atlass verifies its work and plans like a senior engineer, but it is provided as-is, and we are not liable for what you deploy. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous three months.

Changes

We will update these terms as the product grows and note the date above. Continuing to use Atlass after a change means you accept it.
